The weather is bright and sunny in Loreto, and I am very happy to tell you about my new home at Danzante Bay, El Cardon 23 on the 10th green.
It is about 5,000 sq. ft. of interior and covered terraces for me to run around and even has a pond with waterfalls in the front yard. The driveway and all floors are travertine marble and very smooth to the touch and lovely for me to take afternoon naps in the sun!
I am very happy with all the local workers, artesan stone installers and carpenters. Many have become my friends during the past several months. They are always quick to say hello and very friendly and kind.
This stunningily beautiful bright new modern home has 16 ft. ceilings and lots of glass doors/windows that came from Spain.
The main house has 3 bedrooms along with separate casita bedroom, 5.5 baths, pool, spa, and separate office for Nellie to work while I play!
The kitchen is great for entertaining with large elegant custom granite dining room table and overstuffed chairs where people lounge for hours enjoying the view and good wine!
I can easily run around the granite waterfall island to get snacks as well as in and out the large glass plate doors to stay active.
There is a separate bar seating area with beverage fridge, dishwasher and sink, that has large screen TV for all my favorite sports. So many little nooks and gathering spots, yet all the people are still together. This is a really FUN house for my favorite people!
This picture perfect covered terrace area is everyone's favorite spot for happy hour.
Can you believe there are 7 TVs in this house!!! Even one outside by the fireplace patio that is my place to hang out and enjoy the fresh air and all the golfers are very nice to say Hello!
Sunsets are my favorite time of day as it is really peaceful and sometimes I feel that we are the only ones enjoying this spectacular view. I have seen goats, foxes and even a cat out on the course … I do not think they should be there especially because I am not allowed!
We have named this house “Rocky Park” and I hope you will come and see us sometime … maybe to be neighbors?!! .
