Owen Perry, a founding Partner in The Villa Group, is a hotelier and developer. With 28 years of development experience in Mexico, The Villa Group’s impressive portfolio includes 12 resort properties including hotels, residential full ownership residences, and mixed use properties. Known for its quality design and construction along with the sales and management of Five Star resorts, spas, and restaurants, the company was also a founder of Resort Communications (now ResortCom International, LLC), based in Las Vegas, since 1985.

Mr. Perry’s latest endeavor is a 1600 acre mixed use development in Loreto, Mexico, which includes The Villa Group’s Villa del Palmar Loreto with a championship golf course, seven condo-hotel lots, 253 home lots and commercial space. He also owns a variety of restaurants in Los Cabos.

Owen founded REmexico Real Estate to bring a new level of professionalism to real estate transactions in Mexico; serving clients with a strong understanding of property law, a commitment to due diligence and clear title, and premium support to foreign buyers and sellers.

Mario has over 25 years experience in Baja/Los Cabos luxury real estate, as well as commercial real estate and condominium development. With Loreto seeing lots of changes recently, Mario has opened this office to serve both the international and domestic community in residential and commercial opportunities.

Hilda discovered Loreto 7 years ago and has made Loreto Bay her home. She has a passion for sales and customer service. Hilda prides herself on introducing her clients to the whole Loreto experience, including activities, local contacts, and places that are unique and special to this magical place. Born and raised in Mexico City, Hilda started her career in sales and customer service over 20 years ago. She moved to the Yucatan Peninsula in 1998 working for several large luxury hotel chains such as Westin and Meliá. Hilda is an animal lover and volunteers' countless hours with the local rescue clinics. Her passion and love of this area, as well as her thorough knowledge of the Loreto Bay HOA Rules, Community, and legal matters, all make her the perfect agent to help you find the home of your dreams.
